HOLA MEXICO!
I am so excited you are joining Raymond in Cancun for either the Postulates Club or the Transformational Retreat.
On this page, I will keep you updated on the logistics of the retreat.

Group Flights:
Flights:
Cancun airport is the closest to the retreat. The code is CUN.
Once you have your flights booked, please email (carla@clickthemouse.ca) the details to me and I will ensure your transfer is booked and you are met at the airport.
One thing to note is that the hotel property is all-inclusive so technically check in is not until 3pm. However, for $25 USD, you can eat, drink and use all the facilities as soon as you arrive.
On departure day, check out is at 11 am. Late check out can be requested, but is not guaranteed.
Time Zone:
Cancun follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) UTC/GMT -5hours
Club Med Membership Fee Due:
On the bottom of your original retreat receipt, it outlined the Club Med membership fee. It is $60USD for adults and $30 USD for children (0-15yrs) and I will have sent an invoice. In your email, it will come from the Travel Agency that you see in the emails I have sent you: ClickTheMouse Inc and the header will say: New invoice from ClickTheMouse Inc. #026C258-0001. To pay this invoice, click on the secure payment link.
Please contact me if you need assistance.

Electricity:
The electricity standard is 110 volt AC, the same as in Canada and the US.
Before you Fly:
The electricity standard is 110 volt AC, the same as in Canada and the US.
Before you Fly:
- Check your passport – NOW – it must be valid for 6 months AFTER the date you return home.
- Plan to arrive at airport no less than 3 hours prior to departure.
- Take advantage of online check-in or mobile check-in at any time within 24 hours of your flight's departure.
- You can have an electronic boarding pass sent to your mobile device or print it in the comfort of your home or at one of the Self-Service Kiosks at the airport.
What to Pack:
Baggage:
- Be prepared for all types of weather. It may also be quite humid so breathable fabrics are best. There is also a multitude of activities available so bring running shoes.
- Evening wear – You never know what Raymond will do, so I will update here when I know!
Baggage:
- Take a few moments to read the checked and carry-on baggage policies and restrictions on liquids, gels and aerosols. Remember that medications and valuables must always be packed in carry-on baggage.
- Attach a tag with your contact information on each of your bags to make them easily identifiable.
Arrival:
- Have your passport and customs form easily accessible.
- You will be directed to customs/immigration shortly after exiting the plane. The Customs Officer will detach the bottom portion of the customs form you filled out on the plane. YOU MUST PRESENT THIS PAPER WHEN YOU DEPART MEXICO. I recommend you immediately put the paper in your passport. Put your passports in a zip lock bag and place in your room safe upon arrival.
- After this, you will be directed to pick up your luggage. Once you have your luggage, you will go through the second part of the customs process.
- After you've made it through customs, it is time to depart the airport and head to your transportation to your resort.
- You have a transfer with Club Med. No drivers are allowed inside the airport, so you must walk THROUGH the airport and go outside. Ignore anyone inside who offers you a ride, they are selling time shares and are NOT who you will be using. The rep will have a uniform and a sign.
Children:
- Club Med offers various levels of Clubs for your children.
- The Petit Club is for 2-3 year olds. There is a charge for this service as it is important to have enough trained staff. This also must be reserved BEFORE you arrive. Please contact me for the cost.
- The Mini Club Med is for 4-12 year olds. There is no cost and it is open all day (see the hours below).
- The Club Med Passworld is for 11-17 year olds. All activities are age appropriate, for this reason, depending on what they are doing, sometimes the 11-13 year olds are in another group. There is no additional cost
- The Clubs are usually open everyday from 9 am – 5 pm and again from 7 pm – 9 pm. The Clubs have dedicated pools so pack your child’s swimwear.
